I made this cake for my dad and brother's birthdays. It was white chocolate cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate cream cheese frosting.. this cake tasted a lot better than it looked

SF Giants cake

(Please excuse my awful camera phone) My best friend's mom needed a cake for her co-worker's birthday and under normal circumstances she would have done it herself but she is in the Caribbean woooo!!! haha so anyway I was put on the job.. Hector loves the Giants and this is what I came up with =)

My mom loves the ocean and shells so it was fitting to make her a seashell cake. everything is edible. The shells are white chocolate mmm..

The Giant vegan Cupcake

I made this giant cupcake for my best friend Lauren's birthday.. she wanted to give me a challenge and told me to make it vegan (no animal products) so I made it from scratch and it was a hit at the dinner party!

My first 3-tier cake.. for my dear friend Cassie and her hubby Nick's baby shower..

This cake was so fun, yet so stressful.. the carriage cracked at the party. I tried to save it the best I could, but the top of the cake was pretty damaged.. Again, I am learning as I go.
