The Giant vegan Cupcake

I made this giant cupcake for my best friend Lauren's birthday.. she wanted to give me a challenge and told me to make it vegan (no animal products) so I made it from scratch and it was a hit at the dinner party!

My first 3-tier cake.. for my dear friend Cassie and her hubby Nick's baby shower..

This cake was so fun, yet so stressful.. the carriage cracked at the party. I tried to save it the best I could, but the top of the cake was pretty damaged.. Again, I am learning as I go.

Super Hero Cake!!

This cake I made for my Super Special Skylar's 3rd Birthday. He LOVES superheroes so naturally he wanted this theme for his party. I had a lot of fun making this cake and learned a lottt about fondant ;D

Pablo the Penguin from the Backyardigans cake

So I made this cake for a friend's son's first birthday. I had a perfectly even and round cake all frosted and ready to be decorated when I came home from dinner to find that my min pin had got up onto the table, knocked the cake cover off and ate about an eighth of his head off so I had to do some major cutting and repairing. sad that my perfectly smooth creation turned into a lumpy mess. oh well better luck next time!

Confederate flag Memorial cake

This flag I made for my friend that passed away but loved the southern lifestyle. RIP Keith forever loved and missed.. This was a red velvet and white cake with red frosting and the rest is fondant.
